Working as a Telesales Executive, you make a high volume of outbound calls to new prospects and existing customers. You will work very closely with the sales team, arranging appointments and managing diaries to maximise revenue opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities;
* Outbound calls
* Offering advice
* Booking appointments
* Obtaining and following up on leads
* Ensuring all appointments are qualified
* Achieving set targets
* Inputting data onto the database
* Ensuring up to date
* Sending out information
* Confirmations of appointments/meetings
* Managing diaries of sales executives in the field
* Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

Skills Required;
* Can do attitude
* Previous lead generation/appointment setting and telesales experience
* Customer care experience
* Flexible and adaptable
