We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and trustworthy telephone based Sales Consultant (both telephone and field based roles available), with strong experience of demolishing targets and providing excellent customer service through our bespoke solutions.

Whilst we are interested in your existing knowledge, we also value continued learning and we can support this in a number of ways. We will teach you about our industry leading products and solutions, and will give you the opportunity to take on further qualifications to improve upon your knowledge and expertise.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Identifying new business opportunities and clients
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuous improvemenet through feedback

YOU WILL NEED

(DESIRABLE SKILLS)

  • Experience in a tier 1 or 2 telecommunications company
  • Experience in business as a Welsh speaker
  • A high level of IT and telecoms literacy with a well-rounded knowledge of IT infrastructure and hardware installation
  • Knowledge of SPIN, PITCH or another similar sales framework
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Knowledge of telecommunications service, including VOIP, PBX, internet, WAN, MPLS, mobile, Wi-Fi and network cabling

LOCATION: BRIDGEND

SALARY: £23,000 (OTE £32,000)

POSITION: FULL TIME/PERMANENT
