Technical Business Analyst - Up to 55k - Hybrid - Manchester

Oscar Technology are partnered with a global B2B SaaS firm, supporting their search for a Business Analyst who has experience of working in a B2B firm.

The company is currnetly expanding due to a number of notable contract wins, both domestically and internationally, and this role would support the delivery of lots of major projects, working with one of the UK's largest brands..

You will be taking requirements from clients and ultimately working the requirements into actions for the Development teams. As part of the role, you'll get to know their products intimately so you'll be able to challenge requirements at source.

This role would suit someone who might have worked in either an Implementation Manager role that has Business Analysis duties (Requirements Gathering, writing User Stories, etc) or a Technical Business Analyst role with an SDLC focus.

So what experience do you need?

  • Experience as a Technical Business Analyst with an SDLC focus
  • Experience in multiple concurrent software development & implementation projects
  • A strong grasp of both Agile Business Analysis practices including writing User Stories, Story slicing and Use Cases.
  • Excellent communication and consensus-building skills, ideally from a B2B role, such as a SaaS firm or Consultancy role.

Other information

  • Hybrid working - Manchester
  • £45-55,000 depending on experience
  • Up to 10% performance-based annual bonus
  • 25 days holiday
