Team Manager (Private Medical Insurance)

Location: Redland Hill, Bristol - Avon
Salary: £30 to £40k plus bonus and company benefits
Contract: Full Time, Permanent


Insureme-on-Line is part of Health-on-Line, a successful and growing Private Medical Insurance Company, based in Bournemouth. We have expanded into the Bristol market and have built a motivated and driven sales force and we are now recruiting for an IMOL PMI Team Manager. The role will require you to closely manage the team of sales agents, being responsible for ensuring individual and team targets are achieved, as well as adhering to all relevant policies and procedures. This position’s primary responsibility is ensuring organisational effectiveness by providing effective and efficient management and leadership.

You will work closely with the sales and quality coaches, and the wider remote team to manage activity to maximise lead conversion.

In addition you will be responsible for:

• Performance management and development of your team - including all HR issues
• Ensuring quality remains high in the team and issues / concerns are addressed promptly
• Ensuring efficiency is a focus - including effective resource planning and development of processes
• Embodying the culture and core company values
• Playing an active role in recruitment

Operating environment:

You will be working in an open plan contact centre environment. Our opening hours are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday. You will be contracted to work a 40 hour week, working various shifts within these times: (generally 9am - 6pm, 10am - 7pm or 11am - 8pm).

The role is based in our Bristol office but there will be the requirement to visit our Bournemouth office.
