You must have management experience and must be competent in supporting an improving service. Ideally you will have managed a front line team before and must be able to provide support and guidance to social workers managing a complex caseload.
You must be able to provide full reference details for the last 5 years to enable you to be put forward for roles.
This role requires an Enhanced DBS and full HCPC/CCW registration.
