The Role:

As a Team Leader within the Shared Service Centre you will be responsible for leading a team of Shift Consutlants tasked with deploying candidates into shifts for one of our key clients. Working in accordance with processes and procedures established by the client, you will be accountable for ensuring that we meet the KPIs and targets set in place by the client, delviering great servcie to our established client.

Key responsibilites include holding daily team huddles, motivating your team and ensuring exceeletn servcie and devliery against our contract goals. Whilst previous experience within a recruitment enviornemnt isn't necessary. we would ideally look for someone who has a track record of leading a team to success.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm & 9am - 6pm (rota basis) with shifts required per week of 6am - 3pm & 1pm - 10pm (average of 2 shifts per week depending on business needs)

Please also note that due to the nature of the contract, holiday during November and December is strictly prohibited, any holiday will need to be approved by your line manager.
