I am looking for a Team Leader to work out of Cheltenham for my client, a provider of commercial and industrial cleaning services.

The job position is a Team Leader in my clients services department.

You will be organising all of the jobs alongside the team in the office.

You will also help estimate jobs and inspect other cleaning operatives work.

As the Team Leader, you will be expected to do the cleaning as well.

This is a really exciting opportunity to become a team member of a small, local and family run business.

Your duties will include:
" Supervising the Cleaning team
" Organising the jobs
" Window cleaning using Reach and Wash and Traditional Methods
" Pressure washing, cladding cleaning and gutter cleaning
" Cleaning of Commercial properties including schools, care homes, hospitals, offices, shops, housing blocks and some domestic properties.

You will need:
" Good attention to detail
" Good verbal communication skills
" Leadership experience
" Ability to work independently and use initiative
" To be reliable, responsible and have a flexible approach to work
" Be willing to undertake training

Other information:
" You will be required to work at heights
" Experience in this role is essential however full training will be provided
" Full driving license is required

Working hours are usually Monday to Friday with early starts, usually starting at 7am (hours will change depending on which jobs are working on)
