Description

As Team Leader you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Manage and develop a small office based new business team.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to deliver a strategic sales plan.
  • Lead, inspire, coach and develop the team on a day to day basis.
  • Manage and develop your own portfolio of accounts.
  • Responsible for your team achieving its monthly target.
  • Maintain and develop customer and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure all companies processes and procedures are followed.
  • Perform regular appraisals for team members.
  • Provide an accurate weekly sales forecast to the Sales Director.

Profile

  • A strong background in Technology sales is a must.
  • Previous people management background is desirable.
  • Good organisational, time management and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Happy working in a fast paced targeted environment.
