As Team Leader you will have the following responsibilities;
- Manage and develop a small office based new business team.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to deliver a strategic sales plan.
- Lead, inspire, coach and develop the team on a day to day basis.
- Manage and develop your own portfolio of accounts.
- Responsible for your team achieving its monthly target.
- Maintain and develop customer and supplier relationships.
- Ensure all companies processes and procedures are followed.
- Perform regular appraisals for team members.
- Provide an accurate weekly sales forecast to the Sales Director.
- A strong background in Technology sales is a must.
- Previous people management background is desirable.
- Good organisational, time management and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Happy working in a fast paced targeted environment.
