Talent Acquisition Partner (with experience of recruiting into Marketing or Advertising agencies)
Talent Acquisition Manager with a very exciting business…
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Central London, 2 days per week, 3 days from home
Salary: £45k per annum - may be flexible for a superstar!
What can we tell you about this super opportunity?
This is no ordinary People team - they are on a relentless mission to create an inspiring place to work with a stand out culture, underpinned by extraordinary People activity. They need game changers, who are able to work in a fast-paced environment, not phased by grappling with a challenge you may never have faced before or being hands on and taking personal responsibility to fix stuff. It’s all in the attitude, the passion about owning, delivering and improving. And most of all, playing a key role in an incredible team.
What will be keeping you busy?
They need the very best people and they need you to help them find them. You will be responsible for finding candidates through LinkedIn and other sources, pre-screening and interviewing. You will play a key role in the recruitment process for all roles across EMEA and APAC, predominately in the UK. You will ideally have experience recruiting people for a marketing or advertising agency so you understand the commercial imperative to finding the best people to work on some amazing client accounts, and doing it quickly.
You will be motivated to find people as much as possible without using recruitment agencies. You must have in-house experience and be someone who is engaging, capable of negotiating and offering fair compensation packages. You will always be on top of the best candidates in the market place and conduct speculative interviews to develop the talent pool.
Who are we looking for?
It would be preferential for you to have marketing or ad agency hiring experience so that you understand the roles our client hires - like planners, account managers, comms people etc. This is not essential. It would also be a bonus if you have used Workday but experience of other applicant tracking systems is fine.
Your ability to influence at a senior level will be key, as is a proven track record of managing a team and delivering on a number of vacancies at the same time.
This is a great team that works hard but is good humoured and collaborative in their approach and they want to find someone that will work with the same level of passion and sense of fun.
