Support Worker, adults with learning disabilities in March
Your new company
Hays Social Care are a market leader in Social Care recruitment. We are currently working with a large care provider who have sites across the UK. They provide care across various sectors including learning disability, mental health and elderly.
Your new role
You will be covering shifts at their March location supporting adults with learning disabilities in everyday tasks and activities. Due to the size of the home you may be working with various service users of differing levels of need. There are various shifts available, both days and nights.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 6 months experience within the last 2 years working in an adult learning disability setting. A DBS on the update service is advantageous as we will be able to start you quicker however not essential as Hays can run a DBS for you.
