Sugarman Health Manchester currently have an urgent need for Residential Support Workers for full time - permanent positions
Setting: Working with adults who may present with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour - this will be in residential houses in the community - with up to 4 clients living in each house.
Role: To support the clients in their day to day living - completing daily tasks in the home and teaching life skills
Clients are very active and involved in the local community - with an outside activity planned for 6 out of 7 days.
Walking / Hiking / Rock Climbing
Swimming / Cycling / Football
Horse Riding and more.
Full Time Hours - (39 hours per week average across 4 weeks)
Must be flexible to work across 7 days on a rota basis - including 1-2 sleep over shifts per week (Sleep in shifts are paid per hour*)
You will be based at one of the support houses based in South Manchester or Stockport
No experience is necessary and training will be provided - however must show a genuine interest in working in Healthcare
