Prospero Teaching are looking for Support Workers to work Wake Night in South WestLondon.
Our client supports students with sensory impairment, physical disabilities, emotional well-being and medical needs. The school and residential setting is a place catered to enable students to develop to their full potential.
The staff work in a multi-disciplinary way, developing strong links and communication avenues with other professionals in the school.
Our residential staff assess and implement specific independence-training programmes for each child, ensuring that individual needs are met and that all pupils are safe and well cared for. Pupils are given opportunities to develop a range of life skills in a supportive environment with experienced staff.
As part of the Wake Day team you will be responsible for:
- Site patrol
- Monitoring students
- Personal Care
- Dressing skills
- Some domestic work
- Mealtime skills
- Decision Making
This is a very high responsibility position. We are keen to speak to support workers who have a background with this client group and can commit to NIGHTS.
Night shift starts at 9pm - 7am.
