We are looking to recruit Support Workers in the area of Wigan and in return we are offering a competitive salary of £8.85 per hour (inclusive of travel time and mileage)

You will deliver a professional service by providing personal care and support for our service users. You will assist and aid service users to maximise their independence as part of a structured programme of care and support. With the ability to manage conflicting priorities the successful post holder will demonstrate the 'Six Cs’ - care, compassion, competence, communication, courage and commitment and will be supported to undertake a Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care.

We are looking to recruit warm, compassionate and fully committed individuals who want to make a difference to someone’s life. Previous experience in a Domiciliary Care setting or Mental Health is desirable however full training will be provided.

Hours and shift patterns are flexible, however, there will be a requirement to work evenings & weekends. Contracts will be fixed term for 6months with the possibility of extension.

You will need to be able to drive with your own means of transport.
