Are you an experienced support worker looking for a new role within an organisation that truly puts their service users at the heart of everything they do... if so this could be the role for you.

Our client is currently recruiting for a supported living support worker in the Droitwich area who has strong knowledge of service users with profound learning disabilities and physical disabilities. This is a supported living position where you will be working closely along side a gentle man with a learning disability and needs some assistance with moving and handling in his own home This role requires some one who is commitment and is very active and enjoys attending activities such as Bowling, cinema, Pubs and days out.

Must be a driver due to having access to a Motability vehicle.

As part of your role you will be supporting and encouraging the service user to be as active as possible whilst supporting emotional wellbeing and safeguarding. You will have a good understanding and be confident working with clients who are none verbal and communicative in different ways.

This is a full time position and ideally will be a female support worker due to the nature of the role. You will be flexible and able to follow a rota pattern inclusive of some weekends, Bank holidays and sleep ins.

All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role and will be subject to three years worth of satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
