Strategic Account Director - Cyber Security

A consultancy renowned for innovation and technical expertise, are looking for a talented Account Director to lead on one of their most valued accounts within the professional services space. With a passion for client service, and for developing and nurturing long term client relationships, you will take ownership of this prestigious client, building on success to date through cross selling and up selling to leverage the account further. This role will be supported by a well-respected technical delivery team, enabling you to spend time with the client and build solutions to enhance customer experience further.

The key to this role isn’t hard sales. You will be motivated by, and able to demonstrate , a consultative account management approach, thriving on customer satisfaction. Your credibility, personality and outstanding communication skills will result in account success, and whilst this role will be rewarded well financially, you will genuinely care about ensuring the relationship with the client thrives. You must be able to demonstrate experience of taking ownership of a high value account, along with in-depth knowledge of the sales process, outstanding questioning and listening skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets. You will excel in working with other internal teams, supporting and valuing your peers and colleagues whilst working closely across your client base. Whilst IT or related solutions experience would be advantageous, it is by no means essential.
