SOS has an exciting opportunity available for a Spanish Customer Service Advisor to join our client's friendly team based in Wallisdown.

Salary: £8.72 per hour + Fantastic Benefits

Location: Wallisdown, Dorset

Hours: 37.5hrs per week + Optional Overtime

Do you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, technology or IT? As a customer support representative, you'll provide assistance with apps like Play Store and perform technical troubleshooting Android hardware too.

Full training is provided, they are looking for someone with great customer service skills to help provide incredible experiences across their 4 media channels - phone, email, chat and social media.

Job role/responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for providing support to customers regarding their smartphones and tablets.
  • You will be providing support over the phone, email and live chat
