115 Bedroom ~ 4* Hotel

Our Client is a 115 Bedroom Hotel in Northamptonshire (Nr Daventry) who are seeking a suitably qualified SOUS CHEF to join the team and assist the Head Chef in leading the Kitchen Brigade within all associated areas at this busy property

Also seeking a JUNIOR SOUS CHEF to support within this Senior area of the kitchen briagade

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily Kitchen Management within all areas
  • Full support to the Head Chef within the following ~
  • Staff training & Development
  • Staff Rotas & Wage Controls
  • Ordering - Stock Controls - Stocktakes
  • Forecasting & Achieving Budgetary Controls / GP
  • Maintain, review and install efficient working systems / procedures and keep departmental records "up to date"
  • Health, Safety & Hygiene - COSHH - HACCP Risk Assessments
  • Meeting & exceeding guest expectations at all opportunities
  • Menu Compilation & Development

You will need to be a fully qualified Chef with a similar corporate / leisure background with the skills to manage multi food outlets to the high standards required
