TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Software Development Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing company in the automotive industry based in Worcester.

Job Description:

• Implement Automation and Control processes for the companies bespoke Software.
• Developing C# Control Software to tailor to client needs
• Knowledge of Software Protocols E.G. Ethernet, Ethercat, CAN, AK.
• Developing Automation sequences using basic windows Visual Studio editing tools & analysing engineering systems to advise the best methods of automation.
• Test Diagnostics
• Client Visits

Requirements:

- Self Driven

- Excellent knowledge of C# and Visual Studio

- Experience in a similar role is desirable.

- Engineering background and understanding of control and automation systems

- To travel across the UK and Overseas when necessary

- Technically minded with a solution based attitude

- UK driving license desirable
