Service Support Account Manager

Brewster Pratap are excited to be working with a manufacturing company, specialising in designing unique products throughout the UK and overseas.

Working in the customer service team of this cutting-edge manufacturing company, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining service delivery.


Joining a small team in Sheffield you will have experience of processing customer orders from initial contact right through to delivery and invoicing. The role will be varied and challenging

Duties include:
* Processing customer orders via telephone, email, fax and online
* Liaising with the warehouse and transport team to ensure correct and timely deliveries
* Creating and maintaining date records
* Providing sales analysis reports
* Adhering to stock control procedures
* Working in line with the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
* Following the process right through to completion


As the successful Service Support Account Manager you will have worked in a similar role and be driven by delivering an excellent service to the customer. A professional telephone manner is essential, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Ideally, you will have used SAP software and export experience.

You will be adaptable to change as no two days are the same and as you will be liaising with clients, internal departments and external delivery companies, you will be able to multi-task and work under pressure at times. Working to deadlines will come naturally to you!

Salary - £20,000 (negotiable dependent on experience)
Holidays - 25 days + 8 stats
Hours of work - 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
