Product Support Manager - Taking a leading role in introducing and managing third party products and prices my client are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help assist them in the contact change notice process.

You will be the first point of contact for new third-party product additions and price updates. You will work closely with the Commercial Support Analysts to ensure product additions are included in their managed service contracts in an accurate and timely manner.

Key areas:

Assist the Commercial Management department in the implementation of new process and systems as and when appropriate.

Represent the Commerical Management Team on projects when required.

This role will involve you taking a leading role during the annual price indexation process, working closely with the commercial Finance Analysts, Commercial Support Analysts and third party suppliers to update product prices in an accurate and timely manner.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to analyse, interpret and explain data
  • IT Literate (Excel & Word)
  • Experience of engaging with external parties
  • Ability to simplify and improve inefficient or unnecessarily complex processes.

Salary £30,000 - £35,000

Duration: 12 month FTC

Location: Burgess Hill
