Your new role
As the Service Operations and Customer Engagement Officer, you will manage the day to day running of customer facing areas for IT Services. This will include the IT Services customer zone and the booking and management of the calendar for the meeting rooms. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the IT department - meeting and greeting customers and ensuring the required support staff are available to provide an efficient service to our customers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Good sound Knowledge of all Business areas
- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of IT and Support topics
- Experience of dealing with customer via multiple communication methods
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent Networking, Communication & influencing skills at all levels
- Strong ability to manage conflicts and negotiate the required results
