Service Desk Analyst - Manchester

A brand-new opportunity to join a major UK brand based at their head office in Manchester. We're seeking a 1st Line /2nd Line IT Service Desk Agent to support their innovative operations. Whether you're a newcomer to IT or a seasoned pro seeking new challenges, this role offers an exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Handle incidents in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate effectively within the team.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying technical concepts for customers.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen interest in IT and problem-solving.

Desired Skills (training provided):

  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows 10.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, various internet browsers, and Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, audit, and compliance procedures is advantageous.

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Service Desk Analysts to join an existing team of 10 on a hybrid basis of 2 days from home and 3 in the office.
