An IT service desk analyst is required by an industry leading business based at their Stowmarket office. This role is initially a three month however the company have a track record in converting these contract roles to permanent. You will be providing first line support to a broad range of users across a multi-site enterprise environment with specific responsibility for first line diagnosis and fix whilst providing a high level of customer service. You will be familiar with both an IT support and customer focused environment as you remotely access customer desktops to attempt first line fixes or accurately record the fault for escalation to second line. This requires a good understanding of Windows Operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange and methodical fault diagnosis processes. You will be able to show previous service desk/1st line support experience and be an excellent communicator.
