Senior Paid Social & PPC Executive - Europe - This role is hybrid - remote, the successful candidate will need to visit the office in Theale, Reading once a week for team meetings, etc.

About the Role:

Reporting to the European Campaign Manager, the European Paid Social & PPC Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms to drive commercial results and meet agreed KPIs. This role requires a creative yet data-driven individual with a passion for music and digital marketing.


  • Plan, develop, and implement paid campaigns across social, search, display, and video platforms.
  • Formulate campaign strategy, conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and continually test and
  • optimize campaigns.
  • Manage daily operations of paid campaigns, including budget management, bid optimization, and
  • performance tracking.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
  • for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support channel marketing efforts and ensure campaign quality.
  • Design and implement A/B, split, and multivariate testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and global counterparts.
  • Own regular reporting and analysis of paid campaigns, presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and changes in search engine technology to inform marketing
  • Utilize various tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager to drive data-driven
  • decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain remarketing and custom audience lists for European markets.
  • Provide feedback to agency partners on campaign performance and optimization.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ y Proven experience in developing and managing successful paid campaigns across key platforms (Meta, Google, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on achieving high ROAS and conversion rates.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook pixel, and other tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Passion for music and digital marketing, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.

Additional Note:

  • The successful candidate should be able to easily commute to our office in Theale once a week for team meetings, etc.
