Search Consultancy have partnered with a leading FMCG organisation in Aberdeenshire as they look to recruit a Senior Buyer on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with various departments across the site and purchasing materials in a timely and cost-effective manner. Ideally, applicants will come from a similarly fast-paced environment and have experience of leading a small team.
* Sourcing, Negotiation and Supplier Selection
* Continuously review Purchase Order System, ensuring it is updated, accurate and fit for purpose
* Monitor value offered by existing suppliers and ensure pricing remains competitive
* Ongoing review of customer demands
* Efficient stock control
Skills & Experience
* Buying experience within FMCG sector
* Self-motivated individual with proven track-record in delivering results
* Proficient IT skills
* Full UK driving licence
