£35,000-£39,000 +BENEFITS

THE COMPANY

This financial services company has been running for over 150 years and specialised in providing products across ISAs, insurance, and saving schemes. They have over 85,000 members and as a business has seen some strong organic growth over the last year. The company has a family feel, and collaborative environment and steers away from the corporate feel of an FS business.

THE ROLE

As a Senior BI Analyst, you will sit in a small but collaborative team.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support the transition of a data lake migration - everything moving across to Power BI.
  • Creation of Power BI reports for various stakeholders across the business.
  • Support the Junior BI Analyst on tasks.
  • Communicating needs with the wider business and ensuring dashboards are delivered for these needs.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A successful Senior BI Analyst will have:

  • Good SQL skills with proven commercial experience.
  • Experience in data visualisation, Power BI is ideal but can consider Tableau, Looker, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong personality and ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders - this is a must.

  • A salary of £35,000-£39,000.
  • Flexible working with 4 days WFH optional.
