Based in Weybridge, this career Secretary / PA position supports the Regional Partner and team providing audio and copy typing (a substantial part of the role); diary and travel management; marketing and communications support.

This Secretary / PA role is a great opportunity for a client focused Team Assistant / Secretary with good audio and copy typing and an interest in using lots of different software applications and learning about new systems. No two days will be the same in this busy residential property department, which would suit someone who enjoys typing.

Candidate profile within this Secretary / PA position:

*Previous secretarial / administrative experience within professional services
*Good audio and copy typing - 60 wpm
*Strong IT skills with the ability to create PDF files, scan documents and manipulate images
*Advanced Word and Excel including mail merge
*Good PowerPoint skills
*Ideally experience organising diaries and arranging travel and meetings
*Flair for English language with good spelling and grammar
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational skills
*Well spoken, clear speaking voice
*Good sense of humour!

Responsibilities within this Secretary / PA position:

*Managing diaries and organising meetings
*Audio and copy typing reports, letters, minutes, tender documentation
*Creating and managing electronic and paper files
*Operating the fee invoicing system
*Organising corporate travel
*Liaising with clients
*Assisting with projects
*Answering all incoming calls
*Organising client entertainment
*Opening and distributing post
*Dealing with expense claims
*Preparing PowerPoint presentations
*Assisting in drafting and collating pitching material
*Liaising with the Marketing department regarding format and branding
