Do you have Customer Service Experience and excellent communication skills? Or an enthusiastic graduate looking for their first office role?

My Gloucestershire based client has a new opportunity to join their scheduling team on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be the point of contact between the engineers and operations team. They are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and communication skills. 


  • Working with the operations team 
  • General administration
  • Updating the scheduling database 
  • Regional engineer support (absence tracking / training records)

About You

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Understanding of commonly used office packages
  • A high standard of computer literacy
  • Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative
  • Reliable
  • Eye for detail
  • Team player

The role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm with the opportunity for hybrid working.

Salary £23,690 per year
