We currently have an exciting opportunity for a sales/trade counter operative in a very well established chimney specialist in Salford.
The company has been around for a number of years and deals with all major manufacturers of heating and chimney accessories. They are a medium sized company that pride themselves on their knowledge and excellent customer service. They are looking to expand further and want someone hard working and career driven to be part of that.
This role is working on the trade counter of a well established chimney specialist. You are someone who strives to give the best customer service; you will also be confident on the phone and using e-mail and possess good IT skills. You will be able to work efficiently to promote, improve and generate sales for the company. At times you will assist with picking and shipment of the point of sale material; you will also assist with the timely and accurate delivery of all orders and follow through with all enquiries. You must be able to place orders with suppliers and provide excellent after sales customer service, including following through with complaints and any relating issues. You must also be reliable, have good communication skills and be able to work under pressure.
Full training provided
Monday to Friday 7:30 - 4:00
Salary is negotiable depending on experience
