Sales Advisors- Tamworth
37.5 hours a week. Working 9am - 5pm, Mon - Friday & every other Sunday (with a day off in the week)
OTE - £17,000.
Role Purpose Statement
Here at Brakes we care strongly about the experience we share with our customers, putting them at the forefront of what we do you will take a lead role as the “voice” of Brakes. Providing our existing customers with an exceptional service through a range of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring orders are placed accurately and on time whilst helping them take advantage of our fantastic offers each week.
You’ll need an excellent telephone manner with great communication skills. The ability to listen and ask the right questions is really important, so you understand what’s driving our customers and can exceed their expectations week in week out. Resilience, determination, empathy and the rapport to quickly develop a relationship with any customer are key traits that you’ll need to provide excellent service. Regardless of your background this role is all about your personality and behaviours - we’ll provide you with all the training and support that you need.
