Usual working hours will be Monday- Friday with half an hour for lunch
What does it involve?
• General administration
• Email correspondence
• Excellent Customer Service
• Sales advising or new products
• Engaging with customers to build a rapport
• Handling incoming as well as making outbound calls to customers
