Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will be implementing a new pay structure, alongside analysing and amending a newly created benchmarking strategy, to enhance the current strategy. You will also analyse flexible working options.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must be analytical, with experience in either Hay, Mercer or Towers Watson job evaluation. This is a high profile role in the organisation, so candidates must be proactive, efficient and autonomous.
