We are therefore looking to bring on board a bright and capable Reward Advisor to support the development and delivery of our Company Reward strategy globally across the business. You will support the delivery of annual reward and performance processes, focusing on the benchmarking of our remuneration packages, development of our recognition programmes (including Britvic Stars), and the communication of these aspects to the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who is keen to specialise in Reward and develop their skills in this area. There will certainly be challenges along the way, so you will need excellent communication skills to enable strong relationship building, the ability to use your initiative and solve problems creatively, effective organisational and time management skills plus strong attention to detail. The role would ideally suit someone who is looking to make the step up from an HR Administrator position.
