Retention Marketing Team Leader

A successful online gaming company, require a confident and experienced individual to join and lead their retention team. As a Retention Marketing Team Leader, you will deliver against objectives by managing the customer retention programs and providing guidance to your peers to ensure retention based promotions are well executed across the company.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Knowledge of online customer retention strategies
  • Experience of customer profile and data segmentation
  • Good understanding of CRM, experience of data analysis on CRM activities
  • Advantageous: Experience in gaming industry

In this role, you will:

  • Plan and maintain retention marketing programs
  • Analyse and report monthly usage on patterns, customer trends, customer retention and promotions
  • Work with various teams to create and launch retention campaigns
  • Design marketing campaigns aimed at retention
  • Manage and optimise life cycles
  • Assign workload and requests out to team
  • Line manage executives, provide feedback, coaching and training for team members
  • Build relationships with other business function and monitor changes and updates on the organisations products and services
