As a Retentions Advisor you will
- Speak with existing accounts on an inbound and outbound basis
- Discuss products and Service and look to upsell additional services
- Consulting with owners of businesses and build rapport
- Ensuring the New Business Sales Advisor gets a full and detailed brief of the potential clients needs
- Work in a fun and fast paced target driven team working to individual and team targets
To be successful as a Retentions Advisor you will
- We are interested in seeing candidate CVs with experience working to targets, this could be in retentions over the phone, call centre sales advisor or executive or customer service with upselling experience
- You will have a desire to progress in a sales career
- Be a positive, professional and confident communicator
- Have a desire to earn good commission by exceeding targets
