Retail Carpet Sales Advisor

We are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor to work at either our Kidderminster or Shirley Store, as a Sales Advisor you will be reporting to the Store Manager. The candidate must be have carpet product knowledge, a desire to help customers and deliver excellent customer service from the beginning of the sale right through to the end. A good understanding of estimating is required and promotional changes will need your support.

Established in 1963, Kidderminster Carpets is a family run business serving all of the West Midlands, Birmingham, Solihull, Warwickshire and Worcestershire from our warehouse stores in Kidderminster, Shirley, Longbridge and Amblecote.

Full Time Permanent Position, with a 3 month Probationary period. 40 hours a week. We offer a competitive salary and a target based commission structure.
18-20k depending on experience and the role will involve weekend work.
