My client is seeking a registered manager who has the skill and knowledge to expand the business in both the private and local authority markets. The registered manager will have good knowledge with building an developing this branch, whilst maintaining the quality of care provided.
Duties of this role include:
- Business development
- Quality management
- Working in line with CQC
The Successful candidate will:
- NVQ/QCF Level 4 or 5 qualified
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Strong knowledge of CQC
