I am currently recruiting for a Recruitment Assistant to join a well established business based in Lytham, on a permanent basis. This role requires the successful candidate to work 30 hours per week.
Some of the key duties will involve:
- Sourcing and shortlisting candidates for a variety of vacancies
- Administration for the recruitment system
- First point of contact for all recruitment enquiries
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Conducting telephone interviews
- Liaising with recruitment agencies
