An exciting opportunity for a receptionist within a recognised national law firm has become available! This is a full time, permanent role based in Birmingham City Centre situated in a new state of the art office and is offering between 22k and 25K!

You will be part of the Front of House Team, working within the Estates Management Team to provide first class assistance to both internal and external clients.

The responsibilities of the role would include meet and greeting, event organising, working alongside the hospitality team, responding to both calls and emails, ensuring relevant paperwork is provided and any other typical responsibilities expected of a receptionist. This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys being a brand ambassador and is keen to support with company events.

Excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, organisation skills and attention to detail is essential for this role. Full training and support will be given but experience in an corporate front of house role is desirable.
