Legal Conveyancing Assistant
£16,000-£20,000
Manchester City Centre

Douglas Scott are now looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant/Receptionist for a well recognised forward thinking Law Firm based in Manchester City Centre!

This role based at front of house however you will get involved with the opening and closing of conveyancing files + archiving. You will be given full training on the role.

Main responsibilities:

To be the primary contact for clients telephone and email enquiries;
Be able to provide updates to clients, estate agents and brokers using the firm's case manager system;
To take client card payments;
Setting up files and allocating the case to a fee earner
Processing AP1 forms and Land registery forms

Requirements:

Must have telephone customer service based experience.
Must have excellent customer service skills, including professional and friendly manner;
Be client focused and look to provide the best possible experience for the client;
The ability to follow instructions; and work to deadlines;
Must have the ability to problem solve and be initiative led;
Be trustworthy and reliable;
