Fully home based Property Manager - 9 month maternity cover contract - Manchester / North West England - £35-38k

We’re working with one of the larger, national managing agents who provide regional coverage through multiple trading brands.
Within their North West England region, they now seek a Fully home based Property Manager for a 9 month maternity cover contract as follows:

  • Fully home based overseeing sites across Manchester and closely surrounding
  • Portfolio comprises mostly settled/long retained new builds, RMC’s and Freeholder sites, not likely to exceed 500 units (usually across larger developments)
  • Providing 9 months maternity cover initially with consideration for permanent roles as they arise (or if the incumbent decides against returning)
  • Excellent support through in-house admin and accounting teams, leaving the successful Property Manager time to concentrate on site visits and projects
  • Visibility and accountability are key - our client’s approach is quality focused and resident centric
  • Whilst professional qualifications are desirable, they can be supported in post for those keen to work towards them
  • Best suited to a well-rounded property manager keen to enjoy the freedom and trust associated with experience enabling autonomous portfolio management without internal micro management

Suitable Property Managers should have 2+ years block management experience and be happy working on a 9 month FIXED TERM CONTRACT to start with the option to go permanent should a suitable vacancy arise.
