The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work on our fascinating and unique chat and entertainment app for iOS, Android and the web - WOLF, The World’s Online Festival. You'll have worked in a product or project management role for at least two years previously and will have experience of bothAgile and Scrum Master (Scrum Master certification desirable but not essential).

You're energetic and proactive with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences on a broad range of topics: technical, business and creative. You're a self-starter with strong time management, project management and organisational skills who is able to solve problems solving and make decisions.

You'll be keen to get stuck in and grow your responsibility within a developing team and will be eager to learn about our product and its community of users, this will be vital to this position to help shape ongoing development.

With support from the rest of the Product Management team, you’ll soon find your feet and run this role autonomously with scope to make it your own and add continuous value where possible.

This is a wide ranging role where you will be responsible for maximising business benefit from Botand Content releases, leading the development lifecycle and processes. You'll help marketing,product management, development, QA and community teams to define, manage and deploy features and associated changes.

Day to day you'll be doing the following:

  • Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a Product Roadmap, ensuring designs are agreed in advance of development.
  • Support the Bot and Content development teams in efficient delivery - daily updates, clearstatus’, proactive management of issues and risks.
  • Work with the Test Team Lead to maximise the impact of QA.
  • Maintain wider business engagement throughout - identify key stakeholders, ensure agreed designs, maintain awareness of development as required, creative approach to release, usercomms and feedback.
  • Work with linked development teams to provide objective visibility of operational performance and issues.

This position is based full time in our offices in Cramlington. Current flexible working is available due to the Covid 19 conditions.
