Project Administration Assistant
The role will involve:
-Managing internal spreadsheets
-Managing small projects
-Ensuring departments meet crucial deadlines
-Chasing customer feedback
-Dealing with customers face to face at all levels including Senior Management
-Some Account Management
-Dealing with issues/complaints
-Act as a coordinator to ensure excellent working relationships between departments
The ideal candidate will:
-Have a strong background in Administration and the ability to build both internal and external relationships.
-Have a background in supporting with small projects.
-Be a confident communicator and able to give direction.
-Have excellent attention to detail when dealing with data.
This role is full time, Monday to Friday.
Free parking is available on site.
