Salary: - £35 - £42,000.

Job Elements: -
·Planning, steering and controlling of a variety of customer program developments or a customer platform program with consideration of quality, cost and timing
·Responsible for the customer related development of the programs / platform within the budget
·Define and implement targets for the assigned programs or platforms
·Ensure, coordinate and document program related information flow with all internal and external departments and pass/control work packages and tasks to the assigned departments and members of the program team
·Define program team structure to manage effectively the customer, products, projects and geographical complexities of allocated customers in line with customer requirements
·Ensure the application of the Flawless Launch Process according to the Quality System guidelines
·Prepare and manage program budgets (investments, tools and piece costs)
·Control and achieve program / platform targets from nomination until SOP
·Initiate, control and execute program related changes acc. to Engineering Change Management processes
·Support financial tracking process in sales
·Ensures APQP process will be followed and provides documentation in gate reviews
What the company are seeking in the successful candidate: -
·Hold a Degree in engineering or a comparable education with professional work experience is essential
·Have a minimum of 5 years Program Management experience in an automotive manufacturing company
·Have experience in technical product development
·Demonstrate strong and decisive leadership skills
·Exercise strong budgetary control
