Production Manager

Brewster Pratap Engineering are currently working with a Bradford engineering business as they look to recruit a Production Manager. The business has recently changed hands and the outgoing MD has previously undertaken these duties, so this is a newly created role.


Key Tasks and Accountabilities:

  • Manage the production team to deliver a high standard of workmanship to timescales.
  • Plan and oversee the allocation of production deadlines.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of production schedules.
  • Respond quickly to short lead times.
  • Demonstrate a can do attitude.
  • Deliver open minded solutions to solve on the job issues.



Must have experience of management in a structured production environment
Strong leader with hands-on experience

Experience of working within an ISO or ITAF environment

Automotive experience desirable but not essential

Hardworking individual who is flexible to the business needs.

Ability to communicate at all levels
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Experience of working within a target driven environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
