We now have a newly created, fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager to help us grow our business over the next 5 years, and importantly give you the opportunity to make the role your own. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will help drive our NPD platform across all categories.
You will lead the innovation/NPD pipeline from concept to launch. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams this is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for your products and implementing them. This is a hands on role where you will be involved in monitoring competitor and retail activity to help guide product development. You will also monitor food and consumer trends to produce exciting and relevant innovation.
Candidates must be graduate calibre and have experience of devising and delivering innovation and NPD as well as portfolio management within a classic FMCG environment.
You will be a real foodie, an action orientated, self-starting and passionate individual with a proven ability to make things happen and be happy working as part of a small team.
