Our client based in the Horsham area is looking for an Administrator to join their procurement team for a 6month contract (please note this may be extended to 12months depending on the business needs)
You will be supporting the Procurement department in accordance with current business requirements.
The successful candidate will need to be able to
- Effectively communicate with team members and suppliers
- Liase with other departments and management
- Encourage effective teamwork
- Place purchase orders in accordance with company procedures
- Update Excel reports
- Chase purchase orders and ensure delivery dates are correct
- Monitor stock levels and replenish where necessary
You must also be willing to take on ad hoc tasks as and when required
