An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a technically proficient Legal Secretary to join a busy Private Client team based in Marlborough. Providing comprehensive support to a team of experienced fee earners, the successful Legal Secretary will manage a busy and varied workload with minimal supervision. Duties will include: diary management; typing; liaising with clients and external professional in person and over the telephone; document production and; general office administration. Solid experience using Microsoft Office applications will be essential for this position.
Additionally it is envisaged that the successful Legal Secretary will be keen to play an active role in the continued development of the offices as a whole. You must be a Legal Secretary with solid experience in a similar position;
You will have superb verbal and written communication skills across all levels;
You will be IT Literate with particular expertise using Microsoft Office Applications;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will have a fast and accurate typing speed;
You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative;
You will have a friendly and confident telephone manner.
