Reporting to the Director the SEO / PPC Manager will spearhead the growth of the business, owning the Organic and Paid for Marketing Strategy and implementing the plan and running the activity. This is a hands-on role and requires a result focussed performance marketer.
You’ve learnt your trade in SEO and PPC being an expert in your field. You obsess about funnel performance and results. You love coming to work and get a buzz from driving forward results and bouncing off like minded colleagues.
SEO and PPC background with at least 12 months hands on experience
Oversee and monitor paid search activity
Bid optimisation and management
Reporting and analysis of paid activity, track performance and identify areas for improvement where possible
Utilise Google Analytics to report across paid activity
Good understanding of Google’s algorithm and SEO Best Practices
Proven experience working with SEO tools to audit and monitor site performance
Proven experience in keyword research
Successful experience of growing organic traffic and sales via link building and content creation
Highly commercial and results focussed
Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment

Working in partnership with a full in-house Markleting Team including, on-site technical, content creation and digital PR
Responsible for supporting internal websites
Supporting with external sustainable link campaigns
Contribute to and develop the overall SEO digital strategy
