We are currently assisting our Large & Complex Department, recruit a Porter (Housekeeping)to join their busy but extremely friendly team on a temporary basis
Main Purpose of the job:
To assist the Development Management team in the provision of an effective housekeeping service to the development, working in close conjunction and co-operation with any residents committees or associations.

Scope of job:
- Assist in the overall all day to day housekeeping duties and upkeep of all internal communal areas and block entrances
Attend morning briefing with ADM/HKS &Site Staff to receive precious day estate issues
To be conversant with all yearly site maintenance, health and safety scheduled programs
To be conversant with all door/gate entry systems and report any maintenance concerns
To report any internal and external maintenance issues
Refresh/deep cleaning duties all internal communal areas as per agreed schedule
Along with all site staff to litter pick as and when required ensuring the estate is litter free at all times when moving from block to block
To be able to operate various cleaning tools and equipment in relation to all housekeeping duti4es
With the assistance of the ADM/HKS, to keep a log of all before and after deep cleaning works and extra especial projects such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning, jet washing bins and bin stores
Assist with Watering and Landscaping works and on other duties to benefit and raise standards of the development
To assist the ADM/HKS with the recommendation of supplies and tools required to allow all works to be undertaken to a high standard
To keep track of all Housekeeping stock and advise the ADM/HKS and ensure remedial works have been conducted before further usage
To attend all site and head office training/meetings as and when required
To ensure all online E Learning modules are completed
To proactively look at ways to improving Site Standards,
To assist with the monitor all contractors onsite with emphasis on Health and safety
To be aware of all our nominated contractors in relation to all site logistics and in the event of the absence of Management and Maintenance to be versed and confident in organising attendance for emergency reactive works and thereafter communicated to the ADM.
To be fully conversant with all plant room equipment
To take the appropriate action through liaison with the emergency services in the event of concerns over resident, staff or visitors welfare and safety
Assisting management with any information required following an incident
To be conversant with all Site Standard Operating Procedures
To be conversant with all Security Logistics and awareness for the Estate
